Getting started
You have completed your strategic planning, conducted your market research, obtained or allocated your finance, prepared your business plan and determined the structure of your business venture. But you need much, much more.
Company formation
If you are trading through a limited company, we will organize that. We will help you form a new company, or purchase a ready-made company, and attend to all the necessary filings.
Business secretarial
We will act as your business secretary and maintain the company statutory books required by law. As you develop, we wilI ensure that all statutory filings, including annual returns, are completed. We will even act as your "registered office" to which are addressed all communications from governmental bodies.
Accounting records and management reporting
If you are not yet ready to employ your own resources, we will recommend organizations to undertake the preparation of your primary accounting records. In turn, we will prepare for you regular management returns or accounts from your primary accounting records and provide you with meaningful commentary on your trading performance as your business develops.

We have experience of many information systems and will advise you on selection of the one(s) most suited to the needs of your business, whether IT support for accounting, administration, materials handling, sales recording, multi-currency or other business operational needs.
Recruitment and payroll preparation
Our Personnel Management Service will also undertake selective recruitment of executive personnel for you. Additionally, our local offices will carry out your payroll preparation, a task which is complex with its multitude of employee taxes and allowances. Preparation includes monthly filings and taxes payments prepared on your behalf as well as all relevant annual returns.

In addition to assistance with accounting needs, employment law is increasingly complex - especially with the influence of Lebanese law. If this is daunting to you, our Personnel Management Service will review your compliance with Lebanese law, review and advise on your employees' contracts and conditions of employment, and maintain your employment systems so that you can outsource this requirement with confidence.

Whilst you know how much finance you need, we will introduce you to banks, or relevant intermediaries, and help complete the formalities to obtain the funds required, whatever form they take.
Grant Aid
Dependent on the location of your business venture, you may be eligible for grant aid, which selectively is available for capital investment, technical innovation and job creation. We will help to identify and claim relevant benefits which are cash inducements.
And then there are taxes, registrations and regulations
You need to register for corporation (company) tax, "Pay as you Earn” and National Insurance (employee tax), Value Added Tax (sales) tax, and possible Customs Duty deferment. Regular and annual filings are required, each of which carry penalties for late declarations and payment. We can assist with relevant
registrations, preparation of periodic returns, negotiations with Revenue and Excise Authorities and act as your point of reference.
